Grooming No-Show Policy

• We require 48 hours notice when canceling a grooming appointment. Failure to cancel 48 hours prior or failure to arrive at your dog's appointment will result in a cancellation fee. Regular no-shows will be charged $10 + the rate of grooming per dog, and holiday no-shows will be charged $15 + the rate of grooming per dog.
